The Black Employee Network (“BEN”) is dedicated to enhancing the representation, personal growth and professional development of Black professionals at FTI Consulting. The vision of BEN is to establish a strong community at all levels throughout the firm and establish an atmosphere of inclusion and belonging.

The Parents Network provides a safe space for professionals to be honest and open about the challenges and opportunities that come with being a working parent.

The mission of the Asian Diversity Network (“ADN”) is to support the professional and personal development of colleagues with Asian backgrounds, as well as to spread awareness of Asian heritage and culture.

Our Diversity Ambassadors foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. This group of passionate leaders represents our offices around the globe and meets to discuss topics that are top of mind in each office. With representation from local business leaders within our offices around the globe, our Diversity Ambassadors champion diversity and dialogue and engage our professionals in all of our employee resource groups.

Our Neurodiversity Network strives to make FTI Consulting a safer and more inclusive space by ensuring our staff is educated on how best to support neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace.
